Payment is processed securely after preview approval. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. We do not offer subscriptions for the standard package unless explicitly stated on the website.
We aim to deliver a high-quality result aligned to your target roles. If something in the delivered resume needs correction because we misunderstood factual information you provided, contact us promptly and we will review reasonable correction requests.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. Our service is designed to improve presentation, readability, and ATS compatibility.
Once paid in full, you may use the delivered resume materials for your personal job search. We retain the right to use underlying templates, processes, and design systems. We do not publish your CV publicly without your permission.
Where online profile hosting is included, free hosting is provided for 12 months from delivery unless otherwise stated. Renewal terms will be communicated before any paid renewal period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income or missed opportunities.
If you cancel before work has substantially begun, we will act reasonably and fairly. Once a preview has been delivered and accepted, cancellation rights may be limited because the service has been performed.
